  We worked with Shaun for a little over a year to find the perfect house. Shaun was right there with us ever step of the way. He helped us with all of our questions and if he didn't have the answer he would have the answer with in 24 hours. He made our home purchasing process as easy as possible. We have talked to a lot of people who said they were completely stressed out when they purchased their home. Our purchasing process was unstressfull as Shaun helped on every aspect. He would show us houses that were not even on the market yet. He always stayed within our price range and never pushed for homes we couldn't afford. Shaun was always on top of things during the entire process from finding a home, making an offer, loan applications, finding the right bank, to closing. He will keep you posted on everything. As soon as he finds out something you will know. We couldn't thank Shaun enough for helping us during our home search and he provided 5 star service.
